Service was Ok, but they gave me a camera with a wire that they thought was a charger ( It was not!! ), so had to spend my holiday looking to buy one ( I went abroad the day after buying my camera. ) What a shame that staff don't know what accessories belong to the item they sell..

They honestly must hire the most incompetent bunch of people who are incapable of getting jobs anywhere else. I think it’s a requirement for this branch that the staff are supremely incapable of completing even a single task efficiently or effectively. 3rd visit to the branch so clearly I’ve given them enough chances. Go anywhere else.

It's ok. You can get some good stuff like old DDR3 memory cheap. But they do have a habit of not checking what they are selling and making customers overpay for items. Even with a 2 day return window I think this is just laziness and somewhat illegal as well as just plain irresponsible. But the staff are understanding and friendly. So it's about as average as you would expect overall. I guess it just depends on your own opinion and point of view.

Went to the store to sell an item. Staff told me it will take 15min to test it and money should drop into my account till noon next day. So I left it and went home. Nothing happened. Still waiting news from them. No payment no updates on my online account. No communication. First and last time going there.

Went in Sunday to look around for a while, then I had a quick question to ask the staff behind the counter. Went to ask one of them who was standing around doing nothing, seemingly free, and was faced with a rude "There's a queue you know" response. The "Queue" in question was one person who'd been standing there for ages, whilst 4 staff were stood there doing nothing. Absolutely no need for the rude response.

5 staff on the tills. More interested in talking to each other than serving customers. Very condescending tone when asked simple questions. Walked out instead of purchasing anything. Would not use this cex again.
